Wechsel Precursor Tent

The Precursor is a well-known and tested tent with a geodetic construction. This design is predestined for using it in all seasons, especially in the winter months and in high mountain areas. It provides a very large inner tent, which is suitable for three to four people, as well as a very large hooped vestibule at the main entrance and a smaller second vestibule at the back entrance. The large hooped vestibule clearly expands the storage space and facilitates the cooking within the vestibule (Please observe the protective measures while cooking around the tent). First, the inner tent needs to be set up first with color coded poles. The four poles of the inner tent intersect 7 times, whereby the side crossings have been pulled higher. The optimized suspension points, for example four power-triangles, provide a massive storm stability. Something new is an additional Ridgepole which on the one hand sets up the ventilation flap and on the other hand prevents that the fly sheet and inner tent lie on top of each other, which is typical for this construction. The ventilation flaps can be closed completely by a zipper. In the inner tent are plenty of net bags for storing small stuff. All mosquito nets of the inner tent can be covered completely. The open inner tent doors do not have to be rolled up complexly, but can simply be stuffed into two mesh pockets in the roof.

The fabrics of the Unlimited Line are processed with high stitch density. All tents of the line have YKK zippers specially developed for tents as well as closable ventilation flaps, which can also be operated from the inside. The storage package contains a compression pack and reflective guy lines with guy line pockets and strong tent pegs.
